Communication, team, teamwork, creative and constructive problem solving - are topics that children and young people have learned in a series of workshops held as part of the Rischio Minore project. In addition to these topics, Youth for Peace educators talked to young people about social networks, the presence of every person in the online world, the dangers that lurk there, but also the opportunities for learning and the fun they offer. The Rischio Minore project aims to bring together children and young people, giving them the opportunity to gain knowledge of topics they will rarely mention at school or in their home, which are very important for a quality life. Informal learning, learning through interactive exercises and talking in a group with educators and with their peers, encourages participants to discover, reflect, and question, both personal actions and the actions of people in their environment.
Youth for Peace and Caritas of Bosnia and Herzegovina are implementing activities aimed at educating and developing young people. The Rischio Minore project educated over 100 children and young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina through more than 20 gatherings during the year. The project was implemented in collaboration with Consorzio Leonardo from Italy and funded by the Government of the Province of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
